Carla S. Bryant

Before becoming a CPA, Carla was teacher in rural Oregon, teaching Russian and Spanish speaking children to read.

Carla S. Bryant is a Partner at Mowat Mackie & Anderson LLP, a local CPA firm of 25 professionals. She provides tax planning, administrative and tax preparation services for complex estates, trusts and individuals.

In her practice, she frequently uses forensic accounting to complete estate tax returns and trust accountings. In situations where testamentary trusts have not been funded correctly or at all, she sometimes reconstructs years of financial data to arrive at appropriate funding levels for multiple trusts.  Carla joined Mowat Mackie & Anderson in 1993, after having her own accounting and tax practice for a number of years.

Before moving to California from Idaho, she was a senior accountant/financial analyst with Morrison Knudsen, a Fortune 500 corporation headquartered in Boise. Carla did her undergraduate work at Portland State University. Before becoming a CPA, she was teacher in rural Oregon, specializing in teaching reading to children whose primary language was Russian or Spanish.
