Margaret M. Hand

Margaret M. Hand is the principal attorney at the Law
Offices of Margaret M. Hand, Oakland, California. She is a
Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and her
firm represents clients in all aspects of estate planning,
administration and litigation. Ms. Hand is a fellow of the
American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) and is a member
of the Executive Committee of the Trust and Estates Section, California
State Bar.
She writes and teaches for several CLE providers and is the author
of two chapters in California Conservatorships (CEB, 2005), “Is
a Conservatorship Necessary?” and “Starting Conservatorship
Proceedings.”
In her little spare time, Margaret enjoys long-distance bicycling with her husband, playing with her dogs and quilting.
