Director of Development

The Director of Development will partner with corporations, foundations, government agencies, community organizations and individuals toward the advancement of the mission of LAS, actively developing potential funding sources. The Development Director will manage all aspects of donor relations, work with board committees and engage volunteers and key staff, when appropriate, to collectively support the fundraising effort for core programs as well as new or innovative projects when identified. Fundraising efforts include but are not limited to events, conference planning, direct mail solicitation, newsletter, annual report, donor mentoring, grant writing and research for new funding sources.
