Elder abuse Conference 2005

The three R's: Recognize, Report and Restrain Conference

 was held in Oakland California on May 2-3, 2005

This conference, organized by Legal assistance for seniors, brought together: educators, lawyers, seniors and Community Leaders to learn and discuss elder abuse and identify ways to combat it within our County.

The conference consisted of four workshop seassions, with four choices each one, that explored different aspects of elder abuse.  A facilitator was presentat each current session to moderate an intereactive portion in wich conference participans were given the oportunity to discuss, identify needs about this problem.
