HICAP is Looking for Volunteer Counselors!
Are you ready for a gratifying volunteer job? Consider the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program.
If you are thinking about volunteering, consider becoming a registered HICAP Counselor. We are looking for volunteers throughout Alameda County and most specifically in the Hayward and Fremont areas. We will train you in all aspects of Medicare and provide ongoing support and guidance.
A training course for new volunteer counselors is scheduled in Pleasant Hill from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day on the following dates: May 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, and 28.
The training is intensive, yet fun, interesting and rewarding.

HICAP is a program of Legal Assistance for Seniors. We provide legal back-up for difficult cases. If you are interested, we are too!
